“Winter, a lingering season, is a time to gather golden moments, embark upon a sentimental journey, and enjoy every idle hour.” We, at Lovejoy’s, plan to do just that. Winter hours for the restaurant are Wednesday thru Saturday, 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Our last day of service will be December 23rd  , 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.  We will be closed from December 24th through January 2nd. The restaurant will re-open on January 4th, 2024.
 
Winter hours for the tea bar/bakery/giftshop are Wednesday thru Sunday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. The tea bar will be closed December 24th and 25th. It will re-open December 27, 2023.

Please join Lovejoy’s Restaurant & Tearoom on March 27,2022 at 1:00 pm for our Mural Fundraising Concert and Silent Auction held at Three Rivers Casino. Florence’s own, Nyah, will be the featured artist along with other local musicians like Sydney Crapser. Doors open at 12:30 pm and seating is FREE to the public. There will also be a silent auction with many wonderful items up for the bidding! All proceeds will go towards the mural. We hope to see you at the Casino for an afternoon of great music and fun fellowship!

Yes, we are OPEN! Despite the grueling winds, global pandemics, icy cold weather and probably a million other things that we could spend a lot of time worrying about, but don’t. Instead, we are focused on the warm soups, the fresh baked goodies at the tea bar, the fresh lamb pasty’s that just came out of the oven and all of those amazing aromatic teas from around the world.

Our tea bar and gift shop is open from 10 am – 5 pm, Tuesday through Saturday and our restaurant is open for takeout 11 am – 5 pm Wednesday through Saturday.

We have a lot of new inventory for those looking for a special gift and while your waiting we can make cuppa of your favorite or even a delicious espresso.

On the menu this week is butter chicken, lamb pasty’s along with most of our normal menu. Check out the weekly menu.

Our delicious drambuie infused cream melded perfectly with our house espresso and topped with a touch of chocolate. It will have you playing the bagpipes and dancing in yer kilt after just a wee sip.

Our espresso and tea bar are open from this Tuesday – Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm.

It doesn’t matter where in the world you are from, or if you call take out food take away, carry out, pickup or one of the other plethora of terms coined for it. What does matter is that your favorite restaurant (Lovejoy’s of course) offers it! YES WE DO! Yayyy! As part of our limited service, we are going to extend our business hours and offerings.

Starting this week, November 18th, in compliance with Governor Browns mandate, our dining room will be closed for seating. Our retail area will still be open for 75% capacity (masks are required) and our kitchen will be making all the delicious food we are know for. In fact we will be adding one of our amazing Indian curries, Butter Chicken to the list as well.

WE ARE OPEN! Yay! Despite COVID-19 challenges, toilet paper shortages and wild fires… we are here. We are serving our delicious dishes to brave patrons, but we are not stopping there! We have pulled out all the stops and I mean all the stops. What better way to make things feel normal than to bring out the most amazing desserts of all time, Sticky Toffee Pudding!

Fresh date cake, homemade toffee, warmed and topped with fresh whip cream. The best reason to venture out, ever!

The Tearoom is open Wednesday through Saturday from 11am to 2 pm. The tea bar is also open for those who want a coffee or some scrumptious goodie baked by Heather.

Even though the Covid-19 virus has left many stores shelves empty of basic items with no new stock in sight, that is not the case here at Lovejoy’s.
